I just have to give a shout out to my friend Amy for coming to visit me this past weekend. She is the only person I know who will drop anything to go on a trip. She kept thanking me for letting her come but seriously I needed it. We had such a great time having her here. We hit up a high school rugby game for John's little bro. She went with me to movies (Step up 2 and Juno) while John stayed home with the baby (how cool is he!) We also hit up Old Sacramento - that place is hoppin - NOT - but we still had fun. We also played the longest game of Settlers of Catan ever - who invents these games that last 3 hours? Thanks for a great weekend Amy - come visit any time!

Haven't seen Step Up 2 yet. But I loved Juno (great soundtrack. Weird stuff that is so weird it is now cool).
It was nice to meet your friend at the RS dinner.
We love to play Settlers of Cattan, but we play fast...I lose patience with games that take more than an hour! :)

Well, I must say again...THANK YOU for letting me come! I had a great time! It was so fun to meet your adorable Maisey, see Sacramento, finally make it to the gym, the ymmy fudge, meeting John's super nice family and for my new friend April, getting caught up with you, and for, of course, the great talks we always have. You are one of my greatest friends and I am so grateful for our friendship. Thanks to John for letting us go see our new favorite movies! I can't wait to see them again! I look forward to my next trip out to see you guys!
