I wonder who it was who first thought up the idea of a Trunk-or-Treat. For anyone who doesn't know what a trunk-or-treat is it let me explain. This is where, instead of going house to house for your candy and festivities you get a group of people (in our case our church ward) to bring their cars to a parking lot and you go from trunk to trunk for your trick-or-treating. Well, to whomever ever thought of it - nice work.
Anyways, Maisey was a kangaroo for Halloween, complete with a little baby kangaroo in a front pouch on the costume. John and I decided to go with a family theme for our costumes and since we couldn't find our size in kangaroo costumes at Babies-R-Us we went as outback animal hunters instead. Every time I look at these pictures I want to say to Maisey, "Why so serious?"

I laughed a bunch of times reading your autumn posts. Love the hay pics of Maisey-- felt like I was there watching her play in it! Bishop's pumpkin patch looks like a great place, I'll have to check it out in the future. Lastly, love the costumes! The first shot of you and Maisey with the bandana I thought you were going as a boyscout (like someone from "Troop Beverly Hills"), but the whole look was great! Very creative.

the kangaroo outfit is so cute and then to have you and john coordinate with it makes it even cuter. And yes I agree with you...I love trunk or treat.
